Complaints (Alternative Dispute Resolution)

We are a Member of ABTA, membership number P5553. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. If you have a complaint you can contact us by telephone and speak to one of us or you can email your complaint to sales@allseasonshereford.com. In some instances, if your complaint is with a tour operator we may ask for you to put your complaint in writing and we will then forward this onto the relevant tour operator with an accompanying letter from us.

We can also offer you ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
